Dewaterer quality standards
1. The appearance and color of the water remover are uniform and the plasticization is even. No obvious color difference.
2. The surface of the water remover is smooth and clean, without holes. The number of bubbles less than 2mm and the number of magazines within 1mm does not exceed 30 / m2. Dispersion does not exceed 5 / (10cm × 10cm)
3. The edge of the arc is smooth, and the diversion section is flat and straight. There must be no warped edges, notches and cracks.
4. The geometrical dimensions of the arc must meet the design requirements of the film. The contour of the film periphery is regular rectangular, the allowable deviation of the arc arch height and the width of the slice is ± 1mm, and the allowable deviation of the length is ± 2mm.
5. The thickness of the arc plate must meet the design requirements of the plate type. The allowable deviation of the arc plate thickness is + 0.10mm -0.15mm.
6. The hole positions of each arc must be exactly the same. The allowable deviation of the hole positions between the arcs is + 1mm. The allowable deviation of the hole diameter is + 0.2mm.
Dewaterer quality requirements
1. The assembly work of the water remover should be used as the installation progress, and it should not be assembled too early. Unqualified water traps should be removed.
2. During the transportation of the assembly block, avoid violent collision and do not throw it. The installation must be secure and reliable. Avoid overhang, miss and lift.
3. The assembly blocks must be numbered according to the design requirements, and they must be sequentially discharged, and the positions of the assembly parts must not be changed arbitrarily. When discharging, pay attention to the two ends being balanced and placed properly. The blocks should be properly blank, and the arcs in the same area should be aligned in the same direction.
4. The special-shaped parts of the water remover should be increased or decreased according to the site conditions.
