Spray device quality standards
1. The appearance of the spray device should be smooth, complete, and consistent in color, and there should be no cracks, holes, depressions or obvious impurities;
2. Each threaded connection should be well-coordinated, moderately tight, and move forward and backward freely.
Installation quality requirements of spray device
1. The nozzles of different calibers shall be in place in the corresponding areas according to the design requirements, and shall not be installed in the wrong place;
2. The installation of the spray device must be firm and reliable. The correct orientation of the spray head and its special joint should be controlled to ensure that it will not fall off, shift or skew in long-term use.
