FRP windshield
The glass fiber reinforced plastic windshield is an effective and important facility for cooling towers to prevent cold air from entering the tower and to prevent the water spraying device from freezing. Light weight, good rigidity, high strength, convenient suspension, and excellent performance, have been widely used in cold northern regions.
FRP windshield appearance quality and technical standards
1. The appearance of glass fiber reinforced plastic windshield is smooth, smooth, uniform in color, no cracks, no delamination;
2. The surface of the finished product within 1m2 should not exceed 3 bubbles of equivalent Φ5mm;
3. The windshield load capacity is 0.5kpa, and the maximum deflection in the span is not greater than L / 100mm;
4. Bending strength: 150MPa;
5. Operating temperature: -50 ℃-+ 80 ℃.
