Water pipe

UPVC water distribution pipe installation requirements

1. The appearance and color of the water distribution pipe are the same, and the inner and outer walls are smooth, flat, and there are no obvious defects such as scratches, bumps, magazines, and boundary color change lines.

2. The allowable deviation of the length L of the pipe + 20mm, -10mm; the installation openings and apertures of the nozzles on the pipe wall should be correct and located on the same straight line, and the opening direction should be orthogonal to the central axis of the pipe.

3. The axial bending of the pipe should be less than 0.5% of the length. The bending must be in the same direction and it must not show S-shape bending.

 

UPVC water distribution pipe installation quality requirements

1. Water distribution pipes of various pipe diameters shall be classified and numbered according to design requirements. Prior to installation, the sundries in the pipes shall be removed and installed according to the layout of the drawings.

2. All water distribution pipes should be kept in a straight state so that the pipe axis is kept horizontal and the nozzle hole of the pipe body is straight down.
