(I) Cleaning and maintenance of cooling tower after shutdown
1.Scattered water system
① Check the cooling tower main water pipe, water distribution pipe, and sprinkler for damage and looseness, and repair and fix it in time. Thoroughly remove the dirt inside the water distribution pipe and the nozzle to ensure that the water pipe is unblocked and the nozzle is evenly distributed.
② Thoroughly flush the cooling tower water tray and the outlet filter cover to avoid the accumulation of scale and dirt blocking the pipeline. After cleaning, the drain valve should be opened and the water in the water pan should be drained to avoid frost damage.
③ Check whether the water pan and tower feet are leaking. If there are any leaks, refill the glue in time.
2. Cooling system
① Clean all heat exchange materials (fillers) of the cooling tower, thoroughly remove the scale and dirt on the surface of the heat materials and between the holes to ensure the cleanness of the heat exchange materials. Repair and replace when disassembling heat exchange materials. Pay attention to laying tightly during filling without leaving gaps.
② Wash the curtains and mufflers to remove dirt. Repair and replace the damaged area. Water curtains must be tightly packed to prevent drifting. Fill the cooling tower with water and check for leaks (especially at the junction of the tower body). If it leaks, replace the seals.
3.Transmission system
① Motor: Check whether the motor's wiring terminals are intact, the motor rotates normally, the motor wire box is sealed, the motor bearings are lubricated, and the motor casing is repainted. For long-term shutdown, it is recommended that the owner run the motor for at least 3 hours per month to keep the motor coils dry and lubricate the bearing surface.
② Reducer: Check whether the reducer rotates normally. If there is abnormal sound, replace the reducer bearing immediately.
③Belts and pulleys: Adjust the top wire, loosen the belt, and extend the belt life. Check the belt for damage and cracks. If necessary, the owner is advised to replace the belt with a new one. Check the level of the pulley and the motor frame, tighten the loose bolts, and replace the rusted bolts.
④Fan: Clean the dirt on the surface of the fan blade, check the angle of the fan blade, the clearance between the fan blade and the wind blade, and adjust it.
4, tower appearance
① Thoroughly clean the wind grate, tower and air inlet guide plate to ensure clean and beautiful appearance.
② Re-tighten the bolts at each part and replace the rusty bolts.
③ Check the appearance of the tower body for damage and cracks, and repair it in time.
④ Check the tightness of the vertical joints of the tower wall panels, and reapply the glue if necessary.
5. Cooling tower accessories
① Check the automatic water supply device-whether the float is damaged and whether it is working properly. When abnormality is found, repair and replace in time.
② Tighten the cooling tower iron bolts, replace the rusted bolts, and paint the rusted iron parts.
③ Check the inlet and outlet pipes, the tower flange of the water supply pipe for damage, water leakage, and the cooling tower has been cleaned and maintained. It is recommended that the owner seal the cooling tower wind with a colored strip to prevent debris from entering the cooling tower. internal.
(2) Inspection and adjustment of cooling tower before starting
①Remove the windshield cover, adjust the top wire, and adjust the tightness of the belt.
② Carefully check whether the motor and reducer of the cooling tower drive system are operating normally.
③ Check and clean the dirt on the cooling tower water tray and filter screen, drain the water tray, check the tightness of the tower feet, adjust the position of the float, and make the water level of the water tray meet the requirements of use.
④ Adjust the angle of the fan blades and measure the motor current to make it reach the best working condition standard.
⑤ Adjust the water inlet and outlet valves of the cooling tower so that the water flow of the cooling tower meets the requirements. It is required to be officially started.
(3) Inspection and inspection during cooling tower operation
① Regularly inspect the cooling towers in operation, solicit users' opinions, and understand the use of the cooling towers
② Carefully test the technical data of cooling tower inlet and outlet water temperature, motor running current, and so on.
③ Carefully check the operating conditions of the transmission devices such as the motor and reducer. Check the actual working conditions of the water distribution system.
④ If any fault is found, deal with it immediately.
